I had renewed our AAA membership but kept receiving phone calls that I had not renewed the membership so I gave them a credit card number for the renewal last month.While going through my wallet I noticed 2 AAA cards one with a February expiration date and another with a July expiration date.

I called Customer Service and the woman that answered the phone could not get away from her script to understand my problem. I asked for a supervisor and 16 minutes later Chip came on the line -- wow! If that is the best AAA can do I don't want to be in their hands when I have an auto emergency! Could not do anything for me -- could not even give me something as simple as a corporate phone number!

Found the number online called and asked for a Manager (because Chip refused to transfer me to a Manager saying he had all the power and his decision was final -- yes that is a quote).When I got to corporate I asked for a manager and was transferred to a coordinator -- what a joke!

Review about: Aaa Travel Membership.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
