I was stranded on a rural road and told I had to wait six hours, desire the fact that several towing possibilities were a few miles away.

I was not told which towing business would come and AAA chose a town much farther away than many closer businesses. I paid privately and then was called by a local towing business they were trying to locate me. I receivedGet road u no calls about this Also, AAA never charged for any travel services, now there is a booking cost. Triple A is worthless. Save your money

Complete disgust with agent service

After 14 phone calls and numerous email/text messages, I am unable to resolve two issues:. First, the initial agent, I feel, missed me in hotel accommodations that would give me easier access to Port Canaveral, my point of departure for a cruise. When my cruise was cancelled, I was told I could not cancel my flight/hotel plans. This was not true. I COULD cancel, be it with penalties, but could get NO AGENT to assist me with this so that I could collect the money due to me after the cancellation penalties. Unbelievable amount of time has been spent in this FOR WEEKS with no resolution. Agents were unhelpful and, I feel, misrepresented my transactions.

AAA is not renewing our membership

We have been members for at 25 years. Bought memberships for our parents as well. My husband has ALS and is completely incapacitated, and cannot help me with anything. AAA is not renewing

AAA has not contacted us. They have cancelled our membership after November.

This is so appalling.

We went years without ever using AAA, and have used their services many times since 2018, hurricane Michael. I have told all my family and all my friends what they have done to us

Failure to Book My Trip

I called a Florida Office. Got a pleasant person who seemed happy to help. My trip was discussed. I was told I would hear back with options in 24 to 48 hours. After 3 days, I called in and was told there were 11 other clients in front of me and I would be getting a call ASAP with my trip plans. We are now at the 8th day, with no contact. I am moving on. It cost me time and probably money. Either the company is understaffed or the agent just does not care about doing their job.

Need to change flight booked through AAA

trip was planned to start July 1,2021. My son is sick possibly with covid symptoms and I can't leave him. hopefully he will improve the following week so I would like to change to the same flight on July8, 2021. The United website said to contact you instead of going through them. I can find no other way to resolve this online. Please help!

Total failure with roadside assistance

Called AAA when our battery died at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. AAA totally failed us -- never responded and apparently the person in Ohio who took our call did not follow their procedures. Their complaint resolution system was supposed to resolve this within two days -- four days later, still nothing. A premier membership is a AAA is a fraud.otal waste.

When you should give excellent customer service

I spoke to D Miller AAA Boardman, OH. About a round-trip from San Juan to Cancún. This is an important trip because we are going to celebrate the completion of the BA from YSU of my daughter. Although she told that the quote would be ready for the next day, she never did it. I just want to let you know that the trip is already booked for a family of 7 members. Your travel agency lost the sale.

Can’t say either or. The branch called me and did her best to make it right.

She said that it wasn’t the agents fault. She is one of her best. Maybe she was having a bad day. She will talk to her and address the issues.

She said that they are very over worked and under staffed because of COVID. Understood. But, it’s still one customer at a time etc. the branch manger wants me to come in next time and the will delivery the best customer service I have ever seen or experienced.

Not sure if that will happen any time soon. Again, we had done most of if not all the leg work. The agent didn’t really have to much to do for us. Like anyone else maybe a credit on future travels would have been in order.

Maybe. Free rental car for a day. Some kind of voucher.

I guess the best you can ask for was an apology. Of what we had expected but we have moved on.

Ridiculous

Why do I have to sit on hold forever to confirm a flight and get my tickets? And to be told--MAYBE my tickets will be issued? It's 2020. Can't we do it all online. WTF. Your online hold music IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a guy saying da da da da over and over ten million times. Way to stress the consumer out.
