Aaa Travel - Didn't get what i paid for
AAA owns "Pleasant Holiday Travel " thought I book my vacation with AAA as I am a member but AAA uses a third party and they own that third party.Therefore if something goes wrong nobody will accept responablity.
I paid extra for a newly remolded room with 2 queen beds and and ocean view at the Hyatt in Honolulu. " Premium Specialty Ocean View 2 Queen Beds". When we arrived we were given a remolded room but no ocean view. Went to management and he said he will upgrade me to ocean view.
Went to room it had partial ocean view but was a smaller room and was not remolded, bathroom was so small you needed to stand in tub to close door.
Again not what I paid for, when I returned contacted AAA about problem with Hyatt, bottom line is nothing can be done.AAA, Pleasent Holiday,Hyatt I my opinion AAA needs to change logo to " Expect Something Less"
