The recruiting manager, Paige Alexander, has promised me a job since August. Now its February and I was ready to take the job, so I had the first interview and it went great.
I was scheduled a second interview. But then right before, I came down with COVID and was very VERY sick. I told them this and they said it was no problem, they would schedule me later in the week. But then several days went by and I didnt get a new scheduled interview.
So, I reached out over email and I did this twice. After several days I messaged Paige and she said sorry but our managers dont give second chances to people who cancel interviews. Are you *** serious? I had Covid and they told me theyd reschedule me.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS. AND THEN PAIGE BLOCKED ME. I sold 4M for Costco travel and I had no agent errors and no failed calls with them, and I left my job for a promised job at AAA. I hate them and so does my whole family and all my friends now!
Is this how they treat customers too?! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I am writing this review to share a very unpleasant experience with Sherrie Ertischek the travel counselor in Mallory Ln., TN.
Our aunt had called this travel agent to inform her that she would like to gift us a cruise.
This agent was delaying the process of booking the trip. Sherrie also told us that my aunt could not afford to pay for this trip. She also had another agent call my aunt to ask if she wants to still book the cruise.
Sherrie was to set up everything with us and give my aunt the total price for the trip. However, Sherrie never called my aunt back to finish the itinerary.
Sherrie had been working with my aunt for 15 years, but when it came to booking a trip for us as a gift she told me that my aunt could not afford the trip and that she had spoken with my aunt. Sherrie has not spoken with our aunt since the first day my aunt called her to tell Sherrie to set up the trip for us.
This behavior is immature and unprofessional.
I do not want to suspect that this is a black-and-white incident.
This agent is concerned about a situation that is none of her business. We will be contacting the AAA administration office to file a formal complaint.

No, I will contact the airlines directly myself
Bell looked into and stated he had to get in touch with his 3rd party vendor to what was wrong and he would call me back that has been since 01/02/24 and have not heard from him as of yet. I called Air Canada again for the 5th time on 01/05/24 trying to see why I was not able to pick and pay for my seats. However at that time the Air Canada agent stated "I don't know why the agent didn't book the flight through Air Canada and it would have been cheaper if I would have done it myself through the airline however she stated I couldn't pick my seat because it states that it was booked for Economy and the traveler is not able to pick seats economy but my itinerary states Coach Class (Economy Plus). I called AAA trying to resolve the problem but just got transferred several times without the matter even being resolved.
So the last AAA agent email the travel agency in Conroe, Tx to see if they would address the issue.
By the way this was the first time I ever used a travel agency and being a member for 17 years I thought it would be a personal touch not having a headache next time I will book directly through the airlines and I pray my trip will be enjoyable. I thought by me going to a travel agency that was my third party booking because if I would have known I would have never booked the trip and if I was given the truth about the travel insurance or given the paperwork to read there is no way I would have booked the trip either
- You can book more than 1 year in advance
- You actually speaking to someone in person
- It is a faster booking process
- No one calls back to address the problem
- If there is a mistake good luck fixing it
- All details are not reveal and it is not cheaper
Preferred solution: Return of my $50.00 processing fee, be able to pick my seats on the second flight and if there were an incorrect charge on my second flight (from Montreal, Canada to San Diego, CA) need to be paid the agency needs to be responsible for any increase.

We had several issues at our hotel which the manager was extremely helpful with and refunded us our parking fee. On the last night, we noticed the carpet in our room was wet.
Our luggage and its contents soaked. It was an issue with a leak in the next door room. Called/Emailed AAA because the manager couldnt do anything else. AAA told me that the hotel had already credited back my parking, so they would not provide any further refund.
This is utter insanity.
The parking reimbursement was for issues prior to the destroyed luggage. It took me weeks to get a reply from AAA, just for them to tell me to pound sand.

Went to Bryce Canyon in September and rented house in Tropic,UT using AAA website. House was rated 3'stars.
We prepaid as was required. On arrival we found a decrepit, dirty, rundown ranch house with frayed linen, rotting cabinets due to leaky faucets, peeling paint, holes in walls, old food in kitchen, grease laden oven, and more The patio with barbecue grill and a view was a cracked concrete slab with weeds sprouting up, grill was rusted and grate propped by a rock, view was of cabins nearby. On complaining, AAA said it couldn't do anything because it couldn't get in touch with the house owner. $1500 for a slum.
All we got was a "sorry" via email. Do not use AAA travel!!!

Got screwed on the trip
I took the AAA Buffalo Bills/New York football excursion from September 10 to 12th. I told my travel agent I needed the front aisle seats for bus ride down and for the football game.
It was listed under special needs. I was told this was guaranteed as I have problem needs. Of course once on the trip, the tour director doesn't agree with me. She tried putting me in the middle of the bus.
I complained bitterly as it stated it right on my itinerary. She finally said well I guess I can give you the two front seats that are empty. Should not have been a disagreement on that.bof course at the the game, the row goes from row 1 through 23. Told her again I needed an aisle seats.
She gave me seat 22. I asked her why I didn't get seat one which is aisle. She said she's not asking people to move and walked away.

My wife and I booked a UK trip under the illusion we were dealing with a trusted and reputable company,AAA. We paid $9,674.23 in May at the Route 42, Union, Kentucky and wished I never dealt with them.
I have Eczema and was willing to deal with the condition with medications prescribed.
We were to depart on September but I noticed blisters developing on my feet. The condition grew worse with the blisters turning into open ulcers that bled profusely. It was impossible to wear shoes and I missed family gatherings over the holidays.
We had no choices but to cancel until a later date after I healed. My dermatologist conducted a biopsy and it was determined to be Overactive Autoimmune Disorder.
I am currently on Dupixent receiving 2 shots monthly. I am told to expect positive results in 3 months.
We were under the impression our travel protection policy we purchased through AAA would take effect and refund our money. Wrong! To date received a voucher from the travel company Trafalgar for $3,997.22 leaving a deficit of $5,677.01.
The explanation from the insurance company,Aon, was this was a preexisting condition not covered under terms of the policy. First off this is a separate condition from Eczema and did not occur until August.
The agent filed a claim and appeal for us but to date we have not heard any response from anyone.
Im 71 and running out of time to take this trip and it appears we are going to suffer over $5,000 penalty for getting sick.
